Short version

  • We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible). No cookies. No cross-site tracking.
  • Newsletter sign-ups collect your email address and nothing else.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • Affiliate clicks are attributed via supplier-controlled tracking systems (not by us directly).

What we collect

Analytics: Open Assay uses Plausible, a privacy-first analytics product that does not use cookies or collect personal data. We receive aggregate, anonymous counts of page views and referrers.

Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and subscription preferences. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.

Contact forms / email: If you email us, we retain your message for correspondence and future reference.

Affiliate tracking: When you click an affiliate link on Open Assay, the destination supplier's affiliate system may set tracking cookies on your browser. Those cookies are controlled by the supplier, not by us.
