Proposed mechanism of synergy
The rationale for pairing sermorelin (GHRH analog) with ipamorelin (ghrelin/GHS-R1a agonist) is similar to the CJC-1295 + ipamorelin pairing: two agonists at distinct receptor pathways could theoretically produce additive pulsatile GH release. Sermorelin's short half-life (11-12 minutes) more closely matches physiologic GHRH pulsatility than the long-acting CJC-1295+DAC variant.
